Architect's point of view

The DEFI 40 is the outcome from a long thought about the ideal conception for a distant cruise.

The hull is presenting fine and stretched before forms widening, begeting a width of 4 meters (= 13.1233... feets) generating a maximum volume. The DEFI 40 is finding support from exceptional hull.

We choosed giving absolute priority to the yachtsman comfort :

- The generously dimensioned cockpit leting place to numerous innovations

- The deck sitting room, the wide catwalk, the different versions for the access to the cabins

- The numerous integrated ventilations and the astonished clearness, diffused by the panoramic roof and multiple portholes, integrated to will

DEFI is building one only monocoque

but modulable in 282 different versions.

Our target is puting to the buyer disposition one quality unit executed according to the personal aspirations and the planned budget.

Like this, we will give to you the choice between the "classic" or "traditional" sailing ships, and for everyone, different options are possible :

- 3 proposed versions : sloop, cotre or ketch

- 3 standard models of different installations

- 2 deck versions : behind, cockpit or central cockpit

- 4 models of behind board

- 2 going down models for the access to the cabins

- 3 keels obtained with moulding and different depths

- Long or compensated saffron aileron

- 1 ballasted dinghy version

- 2 safety devices of listen tracks for great sail incorporated to the moulding

- Different forms of portholes, open or not, in wood or aluminium
